Child porn seized at Sydney weekend market

A man has been arrested for selling child pornography after a police raid on a weekend market in south-west Sydney.Police raided the market on Beamish St, Campsie, at about 9.30am (AEST) today, searching four stalls and arresting the 36-year-old Lakemba man after finding DVDs containing child pornography.About 3000 DVDs were seized from the stalls, including the child pornography, and illegal copies of feature films and popular television series, police said.The Lakemba man was taken to Burwood Police Station for questioning.He is expected to be charged with distributing and possessing child pornography, police said.Search of two houses at Lakemba and Campsie was currently being undertaken, they said.
